1. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.
2. DELIVERY TIME
- Johannesburg: 2-4 business days
- Nationwide South Africa: 3-7 business days
3. SHIPPING COST
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
4. TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order has shipped.
5. FAILED DELIVERY
If delivery fails, the courier will contact you. Uncollected parcels after 7 days will be returned and a re-ship fee may apply.
